At Vale & Row, every item we sell is carefully sourced and thoroughly inspected before it reaches you. We stand fully behind the authenticity of each piece in our collection — from designer handbags and wallets to jewelry, apparel, and footwear.
Each listing reflects an honest, accurate representation of the item's condition, brand, and provenance. We use our condition grading scale to describe every item clearly:
- New with Tags — Unworn, original tags attached
- New in Box — Unworn, original box included
- Pristine — Like new with no visible signs of wear
- Excellent — Gently used with minimal signs of wear
- Very Good — Light signs of use consistent with careful ownership
- Good — Visible signs of regular use; all details noted in listing
- Fair — Noticeable wear or imperfections; fully described and pictured in listing

Return Policy
We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return window: 30 days from the date of delivery
- Item condition: Items must be returned in the exact condition in which they were received — unworn, unaltered, and with all original tags, dust bags, boxes, and accessories included where applicable
- Restocking fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns
- Return shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
To initiate a return, please contact us before sending your item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund (minus the restocking fee) will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
